सध्याच्या परिस्थितीत वातावरणात मोठ्या प्रमाणात बदल होत आहे. वाढत्या प्रदूषणामुळे पर्यावरणाला मोठ्या अडचणींना सामोरे जावे लागत आहे, त्यामुळे त्याचा परिणाम मानवाच्या शरीरावर होताना दिसत आहे. साहजिकच यामुळे मानवी शरीरावर अर्थात आपल्या त्वचेवर मोट्या प्रमाणात परिणाम होत आहे. याची करणे आपण समजून घेणे आवश्यक आहे. वेळीच याची गांभीर्याने दाखल घेऊन उपचार केले नाहीत तर भयंकर रोगाला बळी पडण्याचा धोका निर्माण होतो. सध्या जागतिक तापमानाचा प्रश्न गंभीर बनला आहे. ओझोन वायूचा थर कमी होत असल्याने उन्हाचे चटके शरीरावर पडत आहेत.
वायू प्रदूषणामुळे आपल्या त्वचेवर मोठा परिणाम होतो. वाढत्या उन्हामुळे देखील त्वचेवर परिणाम होतो. त्यामुळे दैनदिन जीवनात आपण पुरेसे पाणी प्यायला हवे. साधारणतः ४ लिटर दिवसभर पाणी प्यायला हवे. नाहीतर त्वचा कोरडी व्हायला लागते. उन्हातून संरक्षणासाठी सन क्रीमचा वापर करायला हरकत नाही.
आपण घेत असलेला आहार कोणता आहे हे महत्वाचे आहे . पोषक आहार, पालेभाज्या आहारात हव्यात, फळे खायला हवीत .यामुळे आपल्या त्वचेला चांगले आरोग्य लाभते.
धावपळीच्या जीवनात आपण नेमके याकडेच दुर्लक्ष करतो. आपल्या आरोग्याची काळजी घेताना त्वचेचे आरोग्याकडे दुर्लक्ष करू नका. शरीराची, त्वचेच्या आरोग्याची काळजी घ्या.
