गुटखा वाहतूक करणाऱ्या आरोपी विरुद्ध गुन्हा दाखल
ठाणे :- विधानसभेच्या निवडणुकीच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर पोलीस आयुक्त आशुतोष डुंबरे यांनी अवैध गुटखा विक्री आणि वाहतूक करणाऱ्यांवर करडी नजर ठेवण्यास प्रत्येक पोलीस ठाण्याला सांगितले आहे. भोईवाडा पोलीस ठाण्याच्या हद्दीत प्रभावीपणे गस्त घालत असताना गोपनीय बातमीदाराकडून मिळालेल्या बातमीच्या आधारे जामा मस्जिद सोमा नगर येथे गुटख्याने भरलेल्या दोन पिकअप उभ्या असल्याची माहिती पोलिसांना मिळाले होते.
सहाय्यक पोलीस निरीक्षक शांताराम महाले आणि त्यांच्या पथकाने मिळालेल्या बातमीच्या आधारे त्या ठिकाणी छापेमारी करून दोन्ही पिकअप गाड्यांची पंचासमक्ष झडती घेतली असता त्यात 31 लाख 18 हजार 500 रुपय किंमतीच्या महाराष्ट्र शासन प्रतिबंधित असलेला गुटख्याच्या गोण्या मिळून आला आहे. भोईवाडा पोलिसांनी संपूर्ण गुटखा आणि टेम्पो जप्त केले असून पोलीस ठाण्यात गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला आहे.

सदरची कारवाई पोलीस उप आयुक्त परिमंडल-2 भिवंडी, डॉ.मोहन दहिकर, सहाय्यक पोलीस आयुक्त, पश्चिम विभाग भिवंडी, दिपक देशमुख, वरिष्ठ पोलीस निरीक्षक अशोक रत्नपारखी यांचे सुचना व मार्गदर्शनाखाली पोलीस निरीक्षक गुन्हे संदिप रासकर, सहाय्यक पोलीस निरीक्षक शांताराम महाले तपास पथकाचे पोलीस उप निरीक्षक विनोद शेंडकर, पोलीस हवालदार रावत, सोनगिरे, पोलीस नाईक नांगरे,धायगुडे, पोलीस शिपाई पालवी, पवार,चव्हाण, घुगे, बसवंत, देवरे, यांनी केलेली असुन सदर गुन्ह्याचा अधिक तपास सहाय्यक पोलीस निरीक्षक शांताराम महाले हे करीत आहेत.
