दरवर्षी प्रमाणे यंदाही श्री. रामशेठ ठाकूर सामाजिक विकास मंडळ पनवेल व रायगड जिल्हा मेडिकल असोसिएशन यांच्या संयुक्त विद्यमाने ‘मोफत आरोग्य तपासणी व मोफत औषधोपचार महाशिबिर’चे आयोजन करण्यात आले आहे. त्या संदर्भातील पहिली नियोजन बैठक मार्केट यार्ड येथील श्री. रामशेठ ठाकूर सामाजिक विकास मंडळाच्या सभागृहात भाजपचे उत्तर रायगड जिल्हाध्यक्ष अविनाश कोळी व श्री. रामशेठ ठाकूर सामाजिक विकास मंडळाचे सचिव परेश ठाकूर यांच्या प्रमुख उपस्थितीत पार पडली.

खांदा कॉलनी येथील सीकेटी महाविद्यालयाच्या प्रांगणात होणाऱ्या या महाशिबिरात सर्वसाधारण रोग तपासणी, बालरोग तपासणी, महिलांचे आजार, त्वचारोग तपासणी, हृदयरोग तपासणी, दंतरोग तपासणी, मधुमेह तपासणी, नाक, नाक व घसा तपासणी, हाडांचे रोग तपासणी,नेत्र तपासणी व चष्मे वाटप, आयुर्वेद अशा विविध आरोग्य तपासण्यांसह औषधोपचार देण्यात येणार आहे. दरवर्षी १५ हजारहून अधिक नागरिक या महाशिबिराचा लाभ घेत असतात, त्यामुळे नियोजनात कोणतीही कसर राहू नये यासाठी सर्व गठीत समित्यांनी आपआपली जबाबदारी नेहमीप्रमाणे योग्यरीत्या पार पाडावी, असे आवाहनही अरुणशेठ भगत यांनी यावेळी केले. तसेच पुढील आठवड्यात पुढील नियोजन बैठक होणार असल्याचेही त्यांनी सूचित केले.
