यासंदर्भात पेण विभाग नियंत्रक दीपक घोडे व अपर्णा वर्तक यांच्याशी गेली दोन महिने अर्जाचा पाठपुरावा केला व वेळोवेळी स्वतः भेटून व दुरध्वनीवरून संपर्क साधला असता अखेर विभाग नियंत्रकांनी अर्जाची दखल घेत सदर समस्या तातडीने सोडवण्याच्या दृष्टीने उपाय योजना केल्या जातील व प्रवास्यांचे समाधान होईल असे म्हात्रे यांच्याशी वेळोवेळी बोलताना सांगीतले . त्या अनुषंघाने गडब गावाठिकाणी लांब पल्ल्याच्या गाड्या थांबण्या संदर्भातील फलक पेण तालुका राषद्वादी काँग्रेस महिला उपाध्यक्षा व युवा ग्रामीण पत्रकार संघाच्या रायगड जिल्हा अध्यक्षा सौ अवंतिका म्हात्रे व सुरेश म्हात्रे यांना फलक सुपुर्द करण्यात आले .
